My passion for women's stories ignited with Helen Keller in 6th grade and has driven me ever since. My B.A. in Women's Studies (Penn State) and MBA (Marylhurst) gave me tools, but my heart led the way. From being the only girl in a science competition in 6th grade to hosting The Purple Rabbit Show on WPSU FM, I've always amplified women's voices. Now, with HerStance, I bring historical figures to life, connecting their struggles to today's feminism. I believe their legacies fuel our fight for equality.

Dotty Delafield is a retired librarian and a fierce community activist. Carrying on the work of the strong women who came before her, she has long been a role model for young people, showing them how to find your voice, walk a life of faith, and stand up for the greater good.

Dotty maintains the web site What we can do now to help central Pennsylvania citizens "tend to our democracy and keep it healthy."
